Online Placement Test Scoring Guidelines

The course or level for which you should try to register is listed in the charts below.

Do NOT register for a course lower than indicated by your placement score! If at a later date you are found to have registered for a lower course, you will be asked to drop the course, with no guarantee of an available seat in an appropriate course.

This placement test score does NOT guarantee a seat in a language course. Please go to the correct semester registration page to read about our registration procedures.

You must bring a copy of your score to your language class the first day in order to confirm you are eligible to remain in the course.
